From the entry with combination cedar and stainless entry doors nestled into cedar door and window frames flanked by leadlight glazing you enter a raised entry lobby with black stone floors. The architraves and skirting are solid timber with shadow line grooves to match the shadow line ceiling cornices. To the right is the timber staircase leading through the void up to the cantileved activity room servicing 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms.

The leadlight theme is carried through into the raking ceiling of the void area as is the shadow line cornices and bulkhead details.

Moving through the entry is the dining area lined with veneer negative joint ceilings and wall panelling. This area abuts the Kitchen with an island freestanding solid timber top cupboard. The lacquered cupboards under provide the contrast and link it to the black stone flooring. Glass splashbacks finish up to the underside of the lacquered overhead cupboards providing an aesthetic subtle reflection of all the finishes. The kitchen has a servery top that links the family room overlooking the pool which laps up against it.

There is an alfresco area fully enclosed with cedar bifold doors housing a commercial range hood over the barbeque contained within lacquered cabinetry.
